        <description>Because of an importance to protect the astronomical equipment against rain, masurement of the cloud cover is an important part of a decision scheme of an independent robotic observatory. It allows the system to detect the presence of a cloud cover, and up to some extent, supplement the information of observing conditions when the clouds are absent.</description>

Feature 1/2 Watt in standby and 2 Watts running! of power, Linux inside, multiple serial ports, .. can you ask for more? I will most probably try to build RTS2 for it, but I do not expect any major problems. Costs ~ 200 $.</description>

It can operate either in PLC mode, using programme, or as relay switcher, with outputs fully controlled by TCP/IP modbus. TCP/IP modbus is supported by RTS2 on connection level.</description>
